Paper weaving is a simple, playful technique that many people associate with their first experiences in design and structure, often tracing back to childhood. In an era where much design work is digital, the need for physical materials and handcrafted techniques is growing. Paper weaving offers a tangible, hands-on experience that contrasts with the sleek, streamlined nature of digital graphic design. It allows me to intuitively experiment with rhythm, layering, and structure—something I sometimes miss in my digital work.
